I am a preferred provider with Premera,  Uniform and Regence.  Many other insurance companies will cover a portion of my fee.  Every plan is different so I urge you to call your plan ahead of time and find out the details of your mental health coverage.  While you are responsible for my fee, I will make every effort to provide you with the proper paperwork and/or online claim processing in order to facilitate your timely payment.

Fees

$210.00 initial evaluation.
$135.00 per individual session.
